Add USDC on fomo.family

Last reviewed: Open fomo.family: fomo.family

Open fomo.family, go to funding, choose crypto, pick the network, then copy the address or scan the QR. Send USDC only. A different coin or the wrong chain is how transfers vanish.

Sources

1. Open the funding sheet

After you have an account, the funding control sits on the home surface. The public screenshot of that sheet shows three rows: pull USDC from a wallet you already own, pay with Apple Pay for a short advertised token set, or add USDC with a debit card. Crypto receive is the only row that is an on-chain transfer.

Add money on fomo: USDC from a wallet, Apple Pay, or debit card.

2. Crypto path: network first, then USDC

Do it in this order:

  1. Choose the crypto receive option, not Apple Pay and not debit.
  2. Mark the blockchain your sending wallet will use. The address you copy is for that net only.
  3. Copy the address or scan the QR. Do not type it from memory.
  4. Send USDC. First-party cash-in text we reviewed does not treat USDT (or other stables) as the cash-balance asset.
  5. Wait for the cash line to update before you trade. Credit timing is not published as an SLA on those Learn pages.

This example is Solana. Pick your network in the app before you send USDC.

The Solana frame on that capture also shows a line about sending tokens on Solana plus a second line that cash balance wants USDC. We do not paper over that. If your live sheet is stricter or looser, follow the live warning.

3. Apple Pay and debit are not a USDC wire

Debit is a card checkout that credits USDC-style cash. Apple Pay, on the dated screenshot, is a token purchase (example name on screen: PENGU) through a checkout that shows Crossmint terms and a “$0 fee” label on that screen. That label is not a published all-trades fee table. We do not invent percentages.

Gaps we will not fill with guesses

Minimum size, exact credit minutes, and the address format for Base, BNB, Monad, Ethereum, or Robinhood Chain are not spelled out in the two how-to articles. A September 2025 recap mentions a settings shortcut for a Base/BSC EVM address. Always copy what the picker displays for the network you selected.

FAQ

Can I deposit USDT for cash balance?

The cash-in Learn text we reviewed specifies USDC. We did not find USDT documented as the cash-deposit asset.

Which networks take USDC?

The article has you pick a chain in the app. Recaps name Base USDC in (Sep 2025) and BNB Chain USDC in/out (Oct 2025). Monad’s Nov 2025 recap names USDC withdraw on Monad, not deposits in that sentence. Apple’s App Store listing later also names Ethereum and Robinhood Chain — confirm the live picker.

Is Apple Pay a USDC deposit?

No. Dated screens show Apple Pay as a token checkout, not the crypto receive QR.

How do I deposit USDC on fomo.family?

Open funding, choose crypto, pick the network in the app, copy the address or scan the QR, and send USDC only.

Can I deposit USDT on fomo?

Crypto cash-in on fomo.family is USDC. Send USDT and you can lose the transfer. Apple Pay and debit are separate from this QR flow.

Is Apple Pay the same as a USDC deposit?

No. USDC from a wallet is the crypto receive address. Apple Pay is a card checkout for some tokens.

Can I use Apple Pay on fomo?

Yes, on fomo.family, where Apple Pay appears. It is often a token checkout, not the USDC wallet-receive QR.

What if I send USDC on the wrong network?

Wrong chain is the usual loss. Copy the address only after you pick the network in fomo.family.
